She also received a minor in Education with a Leadership Studies Certification. Currently, she is a candidate for a Master’s of Science in Education Policy and Evaluation at Florida State University.
As a Miami native, Daniela was raised bilingual (English and Spanish). Her interest in Early Childhood stems from her past work with children. She currently holds a Child Development Associate and is DCF certified through her past involvement in her high school’s Early Childhood Education program.
At Florida State University, she was involved with Dance Marathon at FSU where she advocated for children fighting pediatric illnesses. She continues to fundraise for her local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital and the Florida State College of Medicine Pediatric Outreach Program. These experiences led to her work and interest in advocating for Florida’s youngest population.
Daniela currently lives in Tallahassee, FL. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her nephew, running, exploring Tallahassee, and traveling to Disney World.
