Michelle Kapreilian is a Boss for Babies in every sense of the term. From her business’s family friendly policies for employees to the mission and vision that carries her work, Mrs. Kapreilian puts supporting families first.

Mrs. Kapreilian is the CEO of Forty Carrots Family Center in Sarasota, Florida. Her organization provides a variety of services to parents and families that make a difference. Her programs focus on parent education, mental health, and prevention work all with an emphasis on early childhood development. Her staff is ready to tackle complex family issues that can make the difference in a child’s life. For example, Forty Carrots works with parents in addiction recovery to help them rehabilitate and reach the full potential of their parenthood. In the past year Forty Carrots served over 6,000 clients. These clients include homeless families, teen parents, and everyday people seeing to become the best parents they can be.

As a boss and manager, Mrs. Kapreilian understands the needs of parents, and offers paid parental leave to her 45 employees. She believes that parenting education should be assessable to all, and that supporting parents makes for satisfied employees.
