100 Mayors

The #100Mayors Campaign

Early childhood issues have not been treated as a priority in Florida, but it is our hope that Governor DeSantis will change that. We are currently building a list of #100Mayors for early childhood, who are asking the Governor to include early learning and health care among his top initiatives. As stewards of their communities, these mayors from all across Florida understand the impact of investing early in Florida’s children.

How you can help

    1. WRITE TO YOUR LOCAL PAPER. Do you see your mayor’s name below? Congratulations, you have a mayor who knows the importance of the early years! We hope you’ll write to your local newspapers to let them know the good news.
    2. WRITE TO YOUR MAYOR. Don’t see your mayor’s name below? Let your mayor know that you care about early childhood. Write to your mayor about the campaign.
    3. TWEET TO YOUR MAYOR. Retweet us to thank your mayor for signing on, or to encourage them to add their name to the campaign. Tweet: Mayor @______ as a citizen of ________ I ask you to please consider signing on for a better future #ForFloridaChildren #100Mayors @ChildMovementFL
