Bio
Cecilia Fernandez is a literacy advocate and Director of Operations for La Fuerza de Familias Latinas. An Emmy-winning producer and mother to a child with autism and ADHD, she brings personal insight into navigating complex systems and strengthening support for families. Cecilia has completed the University of Miami’s Emerging Transformational Leadership Program and serves on advisory groups focused on improving care for children with specialized needs.
