Bio
Lucia Vasquez-Castillo is a clinical nutrition professional and parent leader dedicated to early childhood wellbeing. She serves on the Orange County Head Start Policy Council and previously worked in the Dominican Republic’s National School Feeding Program, supporting more than 1.2 million daily meals. She co-authored the nation’s Childhood Obesity Prevention Guide and resources on healthy school environments.
