Susie brings over eight years of experience in school-based administration, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting teams, to The Children’s Movement of Florida. Her work has focused on creating efficient systems, maintaining accurate records, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
As the Office Manager at The Children’s Movement, Susie supports daily operations, coordinates administrative processes, and helps ensure the team has what it needs to do its best work. Prior to this role, she served as Treasurer for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where she managed financial processes, supported families, and maintained essential records.
Born and raised in Miami, Susie is bilingual in English and Spanish and values clear communication and strong relationships. She enjoys being a dependable resource for both colleagues and the community and takes pride in contributing to meaningful work.
Outside of work, Susie enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with her husband and three sons.
