Bio
Alison Fraga is a mission-driven nonprofit executive whose career has been shaped by a deep belief that strong communities begin with strong foundations for children. For more than two decades in the Tampa Bay region, Alison has dedicated her professional and volunteer work to advancing youth development, with a growing focus on the critical importance of early learning in shaping lifelong outcomes.
In 2025, Alison was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Early Learning Coalition of Sarasota County, bringing her career full circle to the earliest and most impactful stage of child development. She and her family relocated to the Sarasota area in October 2025, where she looks forward to deepening partnerships, strengthening systems of care, and championing high-quality early education as a cornerstone of community well-being.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys staying active, exploring nature, and attending concerts with her husband, Alex. They are proud parents of their son, Alexander, a First Class Midshipman at the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
