Bosses for Babies

How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida

For Allison Chase, a family first culture is all about attracting the best and brightest and supporting them to live their lives in a way that makes our society better. With four generations on staff at the Able Trust, employees may have caregiving responsibilities for young children, elderly parents, children with disabilities, or even pets. Allison provides her employees flexibility and encourages them to focus on producing quality work and achieving their goals--not ticking time on the clock. This culture is also directly tied to achieving the organization's goals: when all parents have the flexibility they need to seek early intervention for children with developmental delays or disabilities, those children will have more confidence, skills and opportunities for employment as they grow up.
