How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida

Amber Miller, President & CEO of United Way North Central Florida, leads with families in mind. Under her leadership, the organization has implemented a range of family-friendly practices that create a supportive and flexible workplace culture, including generous paid leave policies that support employees during critical life events, like parental leave and personal health needs, and flexible work and scheduling options, allowing employees to structure their work schedules in ways that support both productivity and family responsibilities.
