Bosses for Babies

How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida

United Way of Central Florida’s vision is to unite our community and empower everyone to achieve their full potential. Christina understands that people work most effectively when they feel supported and their families are cared for. Therefore, having a family-friendly team allows employees to produce their best work, which is crucial for aiding our community. UWCF offers employees a 403b plan with an employer match, a generous PTO policy, health insurance that includes free telehealth, mental health support, an incentivized health program, a health savings account, and, most recently, a paid parental leave policy for families.
