Bio
Based in Miami, Gian Rodriguez is Senior Managing Director and South Florida Market Leader. In this role, he is responsible for the business operations and strategic growth of CBRE’s Advisory Services lines of business in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt & structured finance, and property management. He also oversees CBRE's industrial platform across South Florida.
Over the past decade, Rodriguez built his career as a market-leading brokerage professional specializing in industrial landlord and tenant representation. During his tenure, he completed industrial sale and lease transactions valued at more than $2 billion on behalf of a high-profile institutional owners and occupiers across South Florida.
Prior to joining CBRE, he served as Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida offices, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s nearly 300-person operation across the region.
Rodriguez, a Miami native bilingual in English and Spanish, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
