Gretchen Whalen is the Managing Principal of CliftonLarsonAllen’s Tampa and St. Petersburg officers, which she joined in 2016, practicing in the areas of multistate income/franchise and sales/use tax consulting for a diverse client base. She has spent significant time working with companies as they integrate newly acquired businesses into their structure and undertake domestic and international restructuring. Prior to joining CLA, she spent 13 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tampa, Florida and Detroit, Michigan.
