How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida

Heather Siskind is not only a catalyst for change and growth but also a dedicated child advocate, with over thirty years of experience nurturing both her family and professional career. As a mother of three children, her oldest aged 30 and youngest aged 5, she has seen the early learning field grow and change over her last three decades as a parent and early education professional. Her passion for supporting children and families has shaped much of her leadership journey, where she has tirelessly worked to improve systems and advocate for the well-being of others. That same commitment is now reflected in her work as an executive coach, where she empowers leaders, teams, and groups to achieve their fullest potential. She truly believes each person can create a ripple effect of change in their community, especially when their passions are sparked and when everyone has a seat at the table.
