How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida
As a nonprofit focused on families with younger children, CMON is dedicated to making sure our employees have the flexibility to care for their families. We offer leave for births, adoptions, and foster families for all team members. We are also dedicated as a leadership team to making sure that all employees know that their families come first. We provide time for school drop-offs and pickups and create hybrid working arrangements for employees who need to spend some time with their children or care for other family members during the work week.
