How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida

At Habitat for Humanity of the Nature Coast, Justin Leech believes that strong communities begin with strong families. Under his leadership, the organization has fostered a family-first workplace culture that prioritizes flexibility, well-being, and support for employees navigating the demands of work and family life.

The organization also invests in employee well-being through comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth, helping team members thrive both personally and professionally.
