Bio
Kevin Johnson has spent more than three decades with Suncoast Credit Union, the largest credit union in Florida, with assets exceeding $19 billion, 1.3 million members, and over 80 branch locations statewide. He became President and CEO in 2016 after serving 16 years as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer. Under his leadership as CIO, Suncoast built its online mobile banking platforms in-house, expanding digital access for members.
Kevin also serves on the Board of Directors of CUNA Mutual Holding Company and on the boards of Filene Research Institute, MEMBERS Development Company, and Credit Union Data Exchange.
Kevin earned his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Tampa and holds the Certified Credit Union Executive designation. He and his family reside in Tampa, where he is a dedicated philanthropic leader.
