Bosses for Babies

How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida

As a parent of two herself, Rachel understands the importance of family-friendly policies and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. PJI recognizes family diversity and offers all employees a generous amount of maternity, paternity, and family leave for new parents, as well as emergency leave for unexpected events. They also have flexible work hours and remote work options to accommodate the needs of employees and their families.

In addition to leave and flexible work options, PJI maintains a family-friendly office environment, allowing for employees to bring their children into work if needed, where they also host a number of family events and activities throughout the year and offer wellness and well-being education to promote healthy, thriving families.
