Bosses for Babies

How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida

The Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida (ELCNWF) takes pride in fostering a family-friendly workplace that supports the diverse needs of employees and their loved ones. They offer flexible scheduling to accommodate family medical needs, doctor appointments, and mid-day events—ensuring that paid time off can be reserved for meaningful family time and relaxation. Their team has access to the organization’s programs, services, and resources designed to support families and early education. They also promote family engagement through benefits like TicketsatWork and celebrate their employees' families by featuring their children in marketing campaigns and social media posts. They take a thoughtful and inclusive approach to family leave, and their family-friendly practices are designed to support the entire family—not just those with children at home.
