Florida’s children do better when parents have a voice. That’s why The Children’s Movement of Florida is launching the Florida Parent Leadership Network—a statewide initiative built with parents, for parents.
This network equips parents and caregivers with the knowledge, skills, and connections to be powerful advocates for young children and families. Whether you’re applying yourself or sharing with someone you know, this is your invitation to be part of something bigger.
Why Join?
Parent leaders will: Build confidence and skills to speak up for children and families. Connect with other inspiring parents and caregivers across Florida. Learn how to use their story to shape change. Gain tools to influence policies that affect families. The Children’s Movement covers travel, meals, and child care for in-person activities—so cost is never a barrier.
Who Should Apply?
Parents and caregivers of children ages 0–5 (including expectant parents) who reside in Florida and want to make a difference for children and families.

- Virtual Welcome: November 19, 2025
- In-Person Training: December 12–14, 2025 (Central Florida)
- Virtual Sessions: February & March 2026 Graduation Celebration: April/May 2026
