KidCasting at the Capitol 2025

Children's Week at the Capitol

In 2025, Children’s Week at the Capitol once again brought together families, educators, advocates, and state leaders in Tallahassee to highlight the importance of investing in Florida’s children and early learning systems. On Children’s Day, celebrated Tuesday, April 15, we launched our inaugural KidCast at the Capitol featuring 6- and 7-year-old students from Brownsville Preparatory Institute. Students interviewed state leaders about public service, leadership, and building a better future for Florida’s children.

Below are last year’s interviews with elected officials, former legislators, state leaders, and advocates. (You can also watch all of these via our Kidcasting at the Capitol 2025 playlist on YouTube).
